- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be made to the original payment method
- Processing fees are non-refundable
Special Circumstances
In case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, facility issues, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
